SME Portal offers a free 30-minute consultation service to discuss challenges faced by customers and explore potential solutions. By accessing and using this service, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.

2. Eligibility

This service is available to South African residents and businesses seeking assistance. Users must be at least 18 years old or have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

3. Booking Process

Customers can book a free 30-minute consultation through the SME Portal website. Bookings are subject to availability, and SME Portal reserves the right to decline or reschedule appointments.

4. Purpose of Consultation

The consultation aims to discuss digital challenges and explore how SME Portal can assist. It does not constitute formal advice, and any recommendations provided should be thoroughly evaluated by the customer.

5. Exclusions

The free consultation service excludes the following: 

a. Implementation of solutions discussed during the consultation. 

b. In-depth analysis beyond the 30-minute timeframe. 

c. Ongoing support or extended consulting services.

6. Limitation of Liability

SME Portal shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the free consultation service. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, profits, or business interruption.

7. Confidentiality

SME Portal will treat all information shared during the consultation as confidential. However, the customer acknowledges that digital communications may have inherent security risks.

8. Modification of Terms

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes arising from the use of the free consultation service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
